At Age of Business LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality business consultation, strategic guidance, and digital solutions tailored to your organizational goals. Because our work involves customized strategy, expertise, and intellectual services, we have defined the following refund policy:
1. Services Are Non-Refundable Once Rendered
Payments made for services already delivered — whether in full or partially — are strictly non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Business strategy consultation
- Financial & operational advisory services
- Branding or growth planning
- Business system development or audits
- Document creation or digital asset delivery
- Any strategic guidance or session executed
Once work has begun or deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility for Unstarted Projects
A refund may be issued only if:
- Services have not started
- The refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of payment
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be granted for project delays due to lack of client response, missing inputs, communication delays, or failure to share required information on time.

3. Deposits & Retainers
All deposits, booking fees, and retainers are non-refundable, unless Age of Business LLC cancels the project prior to any service initiation.
4. Cancellation by Age of Business LLC
If, in rare circumstances, Age of Business LLC must cancel a project before any service delivery, a partial or full refund will be issued based on work completed.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve concerns or billing questions.
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may violate our service agreement and may lead to legal action and service termination.
